Why We Built This

We got fed up with RouteGenie.
So we built something better.

In 2020 we founded Shepherd NEMT in Arlington, TX. We tried every dispatch platform on the market — RouteGenie, TripMaster, you name it. They were built for big fleets by people who'd never dispatched a single ride.

So in 2024 we started building our own. Sequoia runs Shepherd NEMT today — every feature has been tested against real Medicaid and SNF trips in the DFW market.
